Fairytale Bracelets Fit For a Princess

For some reason, I’ve got fairytales on my mind. Maybe it’s the fact that my baby sister picked out her wedding gown yesterday and I got a little misty-eyed thinking of the little girl who used to sit on my lap and watch Disney’s movies with me. *sniff*  Regardless of the reason, I can’t stop thinking about my favorite storybook stories with their beautiful princesses, charming princes, and wonderful “happily ever after” endings. So I decided to give this week’s Sale of the Week a fairytale theme and offer a 20% discount on my collection of adjustable bangle bracelets inspired by classic fairytale characters

I’ve had a lot of fun putting my Fairytale jewelry collection together and I am looking to expand the series with even more of my favorite fairytale characters in the near future. I already have plans for a Fairy Godmother bracelet and a Little Mermaid bracelet but who do you think I should add next? What are your favorite fairytale stories?  Leave a comment and let me know.

A Belated Birthday Celebration

Last week, amid the bustle of the Thanksgiving holiday and the rush of the Black Friday weekend, we had some very special birthdays that sort of got lost in all the craziness, including Frances Hodgson Burnett (11/24), Louisa May Alcott, C. S. Lewis, and Madeline L’Engle, (11/29) and Lucy Maud Montgomery (11/30).

It always tickles me to realize how much of the world’s greatest children’s books came from people born in just the span of a week of each other and since these authors are some of my favorites, I simply cannot allow their birthdays to pass without doing something to commemorate the occasion. And so I have decided to make this week’s Sale of the Week a Belated Birthday Celebration and take 30% off all handmade jewelry inspired by: Anne of Green Gables, Little Women, The Secret Garden, and the Chronicles of Narnia.

This sale is a great opportunity to get great handmade gifts for book lovers of all ages. Check out the photos below (or visit my Etsy shop at www.etsy.com/shop/csliteraryjewelry) to see some of the great children’s book jewelry included in this sale.
